Its November!

Our First Official Newsletter comes in a timely season of gratitude, along with spending time with those that bring us joy!

Employee Spotlight!

1660 Can't function without our staff! Every month we will be highlighting a team member that has gone above and beyond. This month we are starting with Gerry! The engineer of the building and the man we can't function without. Quite literally.

Fun Facts!

Gerry has been with 1660 for 15 years!!! He's a triathlete and marathoner. On weekends you'll likely run into him on the lakefront running with his bike over his shoulder! Look at all those medals!!!

Icing on the cake, November is his Birthday Month! Be sure to wish him Happy Birthday and give him a high five or a first bump for all the hard work he does daily in our building.

Community Friends Giving

Did you sign-up for our first pot luck this month? An opportunity to meet your neighbors, get to know each other, laugh and share the holiday spirit. Nov 16th is the day. The office sent an email and sign-up sheets are also available (with QR Code) by mailboxes.

In the spirit of Community, we are also starting a whatsapp chat group for Residents and Owners. The idea behind it is to share regular updates, help each other out once in a while by lending a helping hand or socializing impromptu! Got last min tix somewhere and can't go? Share in the group! Need help with groceries? Ask in the group if anyone around can help out. Danger outside the building. warn others to be careful! QR Code below to join.

Social Events!

We are planning some fun social events to kick off after this month. If you'd like to join the social commission group, reach out to Gulé. We now have 3 people on the group and are planning our first planning session next week.
