Welcome to December!!!

December is a true month of celebration. As the winter solstice begins, this month we are celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa!!

In true holiday spirit - the month has officially begun with snow falls and cozy blankets!

Employee Spotlight! Our December spotlight is Joey! You have probably seen his friendly face gracing our hallways and his calm demeanor when something needs to be fixed! Joey has graced this building for 25 years!! Fun Facts! He likes to go camping! He loves Mexican food and steak. Be sure to ask him about his favorite spots! Dwayne refers to him as ‘MacGyver’. Joey saved the building $20,000 by fixing an exhaust fan for one of the boilers ON HIS OWN!! Not all hero's wear capes! If you haven't already - give him a high five or a fist bump next time you see him!

Last month we hosted a potluck for our building and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Thank you for all that came out. Share pics if you took any!
